Scheduling Posts Guide
How to Schedule Posts
Schedule your generated content to be posted automatically at optimal times across your connected platforms.
Bulk Scheduling (Recommended)
Pro Tip: Use bulk scheduling to schedule weeks or months of content in one go. This is the fastest way to maintain a consistent posting schedule!
- Go to Content in the sidebar
- Select multiple Content pieces you want to schedule (use checkboxes)
- Click "Bulk Schedule" button
- Choose the Platforms and Connections for each content piece
- Set the Date Range (start and end date)
- Configure Posting Frequency (daily, every other day, etc.)
- The system will automatically distribute posts evenly across the date range
- Review the schedule preview
- Click "Schedule All" to schedule everything at once
Single Post Scheduling
If you need to schedule just one post:
- Go to Content in the sidebar
- Click on a content piece to view details
- Click "Schedule" button
- Choose the Platform and Connection
- Set the Date and Time for posting
- Review the content preview
- Click "Schedule Post"
Best Times to Post

Managing Scheduled Posts
- View: Go to Content → Schedule to see all scheduled posts
- Edit: Click on a scheduled post to modify the time or content
- Cancel: Cancel a scheduled post if needed
- Reschedule: Move posts to different times
Note: Posts are scheduled in your account's timezone. Make sure your timezone is set correctly in your profile settings.
