How to Schedule Posts

Schedule your generated content to be posted automatically at optimal times across your connected platforms.

Bulk Scheduling (Recommended)

Pro Tip: Use bulk scheduling to schedule weeks or months of content in one go. This is the fastest way to maintain a consistent posting schedule!

1. Go to Content in the sidebar
2. Select multiple Content pieces you want to schedule (use checkboxes)
3. Click "Bulk Schedule" button
4. Choose the Platforms and Connections for each content piece
5. Set the Date Range (start and end date)
6. Configure Posting Frequency (daily, every other day, etc.)
7. The system will automatically distribute posts evenly across the date range
8. Review the schedule preview
9. Click "Schedule All" to schedule everything at once

Single Post Scheduling

If you need to schedule just one post:

1. Go to Content in the sidebar
2. Click on a content piece to view details
3. Click "Schedule" button
4. Choose the Platform and Connection
5. Set the Date and Time for posting
6. Review the content preview
7. Click "Schedule Post"

Best Times to Post

Managing Scheduled Posts

• View: Go to Content → Schedule to see all scheduled posts
• Edit: Click on a scheduled post to modify the time or content
• Cancel: Cancel a scheduled post if needed
• Reschedule: Move posts to different times
