Invite Team Members

Share access with assistants or co-authors using sub-user accounts.

Invite a Member

1. Go to Team in the sidebar
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter email address
4. Select which authors (pen names) they can access
5. Set permissions for each area of the app
6. Send invite — they receive a link to set a password

Managing Invites

From the Team list you can resend invites, copy invite links, edit permissions, or revoke access.

What Sub-Users See

Sub-users only see sidebar items they have permission for. They only access books, content, and connections for assigned authors.
