Create a Book Launch Calendar
Launch Calendar generates a multi-day content plan for your book launch: one piece per day across selected platforms.
Tier required: Launch Calendar requires the Content Calendar Blueprint tier feature. If locked in the sidebar, upgrade via Upsells.
Before You Start
- Upload and analyze your book
- Connect platforms on Set Up for the current author
- Configure an AI API key
Steps
- Go to Launch Calendar in the sidebar
- Select your Book
- Check the platforms to include (only connected auto-posting platforms appear)
- Choose 7-day or 14-day calendar length
- Click Create Launch Calendar
- You are taken to a progress page where generation runs in the background and usually takes 3-6 minutes with images
- When complete, review generated content on the results page (you may also receive an email if notifications are enabled)
- Click Add to Bulk Schedule to schedule all generated launch content at once
Important: Each Launch Calendar run creates new draft posts. It does not replace existing content. If you already have drafts for a book, you'll be asked to confirm before creating more. Only one calendar can run per book at a time. If generation is already in progress, wait for it to finish instead of clicking Create again.
